It was a hard event for the bulls, a good event for the riders. Over the course of the event, 34 bulls scored less than 42 points. Whether it was the dirt - which reportedly started out wet, was dried, and ended up spongy - or unproven bulls or a combination of the two, that's a lot of low scores. There were 46 qualified rides for the weekend.
